I JUST left there on my way to a funeral. Was in a HUGE hurry, had two small children with us and used the restroom before... leaving. I forgot my wallet in the restroom. Called immediately and spoke with Janet the manager. She rushed to the restroomfound my wallet and is keeping it safe until I can get it back after the funeral. We also ate and the food was AMAZING!! !!Zero Starts!! Got there at 10:20 this morning, asked at 10:28 when we finally got to the box if we could get shakes. To which... our reply was, "No not right now." Ordered a large hash round and waited until 10:48 to get our food at the window. I asked formy receipt an was told "it's broken". That was just terrible customer service on top of mediocre food. The hash rounds weren'teven done, they were soft and tasted like oil. I'm sorry to be blunt but what a terrible experience and I feel the other 5 carsthat pulled out of line this morning completely agree with me. Read more
My Husband & I ordered Drive Thru. SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! ONLY 2 EMPLOYEES RUNNING THE RESTAURANT. WHAT?????? However, to... NO FAULT OF THE 2 EMPLOYEES,,, The food was Mediocre at Best. My Hamburger Bun Stale, Burger hard like a Rock. We make the bestout of everything. We spent over $25 and I ended up eating Bologna and Fries. Read more

Been awhile since i had some good Hardee's breakfast, last time i had it on Lilac/270 an they gave me lukewarm biscuits w/cups... of butter to make a butter biscuit well how am I supposed to melt the butter if the biscuit isn't even warm enough to do that?But anyway this location got it right the 1st time thankfully! 6/27 @ 1:45pm Called in an order, 10 minute drive there and they then tried to give us another person's order. We were asked to... pull up and wait 5 more minutes.The order was missing items, not hot either. They were out of soda and jalapeño poppers. Theemployees acted like they didn't know what to do. Fries and bacon were only half cooked. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid thislocation, total waste of $30 when over half the food went into the trash. Read more
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the older lady at the window was such a sweet and courteous lady!! The food was... not great. Our onion rings and fries were barely warm and the burgers were just ok. Read more
Pulled up, no one else in drive thru and parking lot is practically empty. Greeted and asked dto wait at drive thru, waited over... 5 minutes until we could order food. Everyone wanted chicken, I ordered chicken and was told the chicken was al frozen and theyhad no chicken available. Ordered other items, went to window and wiat forever again, seemed like social hour inside instead ofwork time. We will not return. Read more
