Wanted some ice cream and ended up getting burgers and fries too. The food was hot and fresh. It's worth the drive!
Took 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru after we had placed our order. Asked for sauce instead of gravy on two chicken strip... meals. Didn't get any sauce. They gave us the ice cream first and by the time we got our food the ice cream had melted. Usually much better than that. Very disappointed. Read more

I had to explain a very smiple order 3x to 3 young people. They forgot my drink and my husband's order. I went back to the... counter, there were several people waiting. A manager said, "Oh sh!t a roach!" All the kids behind the counter came over tolook at it and cringe. ?OUT, DQ in Bonner Springs. We'll go to Lawrence next time. Read more
Ordered 3 blizzards and a shake at 8:45pm. Waited almost 30 minutes, just to get to the window and have 3 liquid blizzards. So... bad they could not and would not do the flip test. There was ice cream all down the sides of the cup. No napkins were offered. Then we had ordered extra whipped cream, charged 75 cents for extra and to get none. We sent it back in and they literally putmaybe a tablespoon worth on. The employee seemed more interested in her phone then doing her job! Read more
Our 2 "baskets" of fries ($4.50) were dismally filled, the boxes looked almost empty. The manger was kind enough to give us 2... extra large fries ($2.69 each). We weighed the difference when we got home and it was .5 ounces. Needless to say, unless the"baskets" are filled all the way up the charge for them shouldn't be nearly twice as much. Ordered a burger with meat/cheese/bun/mayo/tomato. Got wrong toppings and even asked the lady at the drive thru to repeat it... back. Charged extra for the toppings I did want and overcharged me on the wrong combo. ???? Read more
