Don't go here. Just don't. Waited in the drive thru for 30+ minutes even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. Guy at... the window apologized and said there were only two employees working. Meanwhile, as he was speaking, I could hear 4 people inthe back laughing and joking with each other. Regardless of the wait time, even my order came out wrong. I ordered a whopper,got a whopper with no lettuce, tomatoes, or cheese. When I came back in to get a correct burger I was told that my order wascorrect and so they wouldn't give me another burger. I was waiting in line for 30 min and when I got to the window I realized I left my wallet at home. A very sweet young lady told... me she would pay for it bc I was waiting for so long. I have never had a fast food palace be so kind to me definitely goingagain 10/10 recommend. Read more
Do you enjoy cold food and eating in filthy lobbies with flies dancing around? Do you like restaurants that are closed during... the hours they're supposed to be open? We've made an attempt to eat at the Bonney Lake location three times in the last 2 years. Once during Covid and once shortly... after we were told they're out of Whoppers and the ladt time they were closed for walk in service by 7 or 8 in the evening. Thesign on the door clearly stated the drive through was open but the drive through was coned off, how is this location still inbusiness? Read more
We ordered a pretty straight forward meals. I ordered 5 burgers five fries and four drinks. We ordered two burgers with no... alterations. The other three had requested no ketchup on one and no mayo on another?? what we got was extra mayo on one andketchup on the other! My daughter who is a picky eater asked for only pickles and mustard. Which they just made her a regularsandwich and didn?t even attempt to make her order they way we ordered it! The service was terrible. I was a GM at a Burger King for 9 years. I specifically asked for things fresh, off the broiler and... out of the fryer. The girl Cali was obviously stoned as her eyes were barely open. The kid that handed us the food, ADMITTED hewas stoned. Needless to say, our items were wrong, certainly not fresh and when I called to speak to the manager the guy wascondescending, rude, confrontational and basically laughed at me. So unprofessional. Food was just fine but the staff need better training and to care about the service they provide. I was in drive thru I ordered... a #9. Should have been Chking deluxe meal but got a 9 piece chicken fries. Honest mistake. Drive thru was 8 cars deep so Iparked and went inside. While the rest of my food is getting cold they make me the sandwich I ordered. I watch them just throwfry after fry burger after burger into bags with no care as to what they are doing to the food. I leave just to get back to mycar and find they made me a regular chking sandwich instead of deluxe and half the fries spilled in the bag which didn'tsurprise me. Normally great place. Read more
Absolutely the worst BK location. This is now the 4th time the loyalty system has gone down, which is fine, but getting trapped... for 15 minutes in the drive thru and being offered no solutions is infuriating. And then getting the same response frommanagement is even worse. At the very least apologizing for us getting trapped in the drive thru would have made me lessagitated when I'm just looking for dinner. Read more
