Got the old school cheese steak sandwich to much cheese thats all you taste can't even eat half to over powering on the cheese... my daughter got the crushed Oreo cookie sundae looks nothing like on the picture it's just cookies they crush up in the cup andput ice cream in it wow and charger 3.89 never going back there again ever they should have put a Arby's there instead wouldhave been much better even if they left McDonald's in there that still would have been better. There ice cream machines happen to be broken, an they just opened up, pretty sure they just didn't wanna serve ice cream cause... they didn't wanna clean the machine, there were 3 people working but not one standing up front taking orders, stood at the frontregister for about 10 mins with all three of them continued to look over at me, finally one decided to come fake my order down,and for 2 6 inch subs and a little baby drink was $19.76 it was a rip off. I didn't hate it. The staff were on point. $3.99 for Ultimate Fries with cheese sauce, bacon bits, and ranch didn't seem too bad... to me. Can't speak to anything else on the menu yet. I will be back. Recommended Read more
I don't know what the hype is about. The food is unseasoned. We asked for medium rare, didn't get it. We asked for shredded... cheese on our loaded fries, didn't get it. And the sub is really really basic as could be. Will not be returning here. Goanywhere but here. Read more
My review does NOT reflect the staff. I didn't even get my food and they kindly refunded my money. Price on the menu for what I... ordered was a subtotal of 14.48 they charged me like 17.49 before tax. When I asked why they couldn't tell me. Nor were theyjumping to fix it. I asked for a refund and left. Again staff was friendly but seemed unable to fix the problem (dont think theyhad the authority). Should be a competent manager on site at a new place. Maybe in a few months I'll look at the reviews and seeif they deserve a 2nd chance. Bummed but felt like a dishonest practice and that will always irk me. Of course the place is new, they're gonna have some kinks to work out. There was a bit of a wait, it was only their second day... open when we stopped in, the staff was friendly and helpful - one of our sandwiches they accidentally gave us the wrong size andmade up for it without hassle. Food was very flavorful and the sandwich had a good amount of toppings for the price. We willdefinitely be coming back to try more sandwiches! Read more
Slow counter service at best. Only one person manning the counter and the manager on break during a 4 30 pm rush. We ordered... moble to save time (not). By the time we got our food it was lukewarm and the fries were soggy. Gave it a 1 because I couldnot go lower. Management needs more training on how to run a fast food place. This is a MESS! Completely not ready for there grand opening. But if your delivering... well.. it's REALLY BAD! I cannot believe... how unorganized it was. The employees had NO IDEA if they even used Delivery service. Now the food is good it's actually VERYGOOD ????. But if this is an indication of how this restaurant will operate going forward then I'm not impressed.
