Horrible service! Ordered a pizza with no garlic oil, but of course they put garlic oil on it anyway. The cashier was nice and... offered me a remake or a rebate. The manager overrode her and said he would do neither. Refused to look at my email receipt onmy phone. And went out of his way to be rude about it. Don't waste your time or money, go elsewhere. I've tried for the past three years to see if the quality of their customer service would change. It has not. The customer... service is terrible. I would give them half a star if I could. I call and the young man asks for my name..I give it to him..heproceeds to call me by another name..first name the same last name clearly different then he tells me that I didn't orderanything because he couldn't find my name. I then give him my wife's name...he pronounced it different than what I provided thengave him the last name and he says we don't have an order for either name. I call back with an order number..speak to a younglady..she tells me I have an order but it won't be ready for over an hour even though we ordered over an hour ago. Herenthusiasm was SUPER LUKEWARM and the way that she addressed it was very unprofessional. I didn't call to talk about otherorders. She tells me about other orders and then how long my order will take. I don't care. I'm a paying consumer and I justwanted a straight answer which I didn't get. "Sir, we are extremely busy and haven't prepared your food yet" Is there anythingwe can do or anything we can offer you for this inconvenience "? Take a page out of the Bonney Lake Chick-fil-A playbook...veryconscious and very professional. Whomever owns this Domino's needs to retrain the staff including the management. Train yourstaff to care and not to provide excuses. I will try pizzahut now...or the neighborhood pizza joint...at least I can get answersand the truth. We?ve ordered pizza here for YEARS. Have always gotten great service and pizza and the couple times we?ve had any issues with... our food they?ve been awesome. Unfortunately we did have a bad experience the last order but we spoke to the manager and he wasgreat but when we called to redeem our credit we spoke with a Sierra who was absolutely rude and said well you have a historywith us. But sure I?ll let you have FREE pizza. Which I find really sad that she was so rude considering there is nothing freeabout paying for pizza and expecting what you normally get (awesome pizza) So the few times we have had an issue shouldn?t be aproblem considering we order at least five pizzas each time whether on my account or my husband?s. We seriously order pizza atleast twice a month if not more. We?ve even taken pictures of the pizza to show that we weren?t just trying to get free food.Sorry for the long review.
