Messed up the order for someone in front of me, i had made an order pickup 15 minutes before getting to the window they said... they had just started when i got there, tried to block off the drive through line so they can close early. very VERY poorservice and i'm not someone to complain online they showed very much that they did not care. terrible Read more
Just went to get a regular shake and a small fry. My small fries cost $4.69 and all I got was small scrap fries that weren?t... even fresh. Think I had about 4 fries total in there. My shake was handed out to me looking like a hot mess. Rude customerservice as well. Very disappointed and won?t ever go back. Read more

Never know what to expect with this place. I came in twice and found 1. I am not exaggerating, 1 employee taking orders and... serving. Today 08/23/22 at 10pm we are at the drive thru and we are kindly asked to leave as the whole night crew didn't show upfor work.... who ever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves there are dozens of fast food places in the area NONE ofthen have these issues so what are you doing that you have the worst conditions for these employees!? This is the 3rd tike I gohere and fins some type of messed up situation. Needless to say we went to McDonald's where they had a full crew and served useven though they were "closed". Very disappointed! They charged my fiancé twice for 40$ & had the audacity to tell us they didn't & tried to make it seem like... it didn't happen...when it clearly did. Guess what? We were still charged 2x the following day. Explain that please? Theirprices for breakfast sandwiches are already ridiculous. Oh & the "nice" lady who helped us was busy texting on her phone theentire time ???????? how about pay attention? Usually service isn't too bad there...but we're not paying 80$ for 40$ worth offood!! I?ve had major issues here twice. Once they gave us all the burgers without any meat. Another time they completely omitted one... sandwich and drink. There are other options that actually give you what you order. Read more
Wow, just read all the one star reviews. I would give zero stars if it would let me. I recently stopped going there and will... never return. It?s the filthiest fast food restaurant in Bonney Lake. If you go through the drive-through, you?ll see maleemployees with long fingernails and dirt under them or you might see employees eating their food on the counter not far from thewindow. I?ve also seen employees either not wearing gloves when they should be or using their gloves to touch things that theyshould not. If you decide to eat inside, beware of the restrooms. They are disgusting and never have any paper towels, andsometimes no soap. How can the employees have clean hands without soap and paper towels? I?m sure the owner will tell me to goon a website to further my complaint, but that won?t happen. They just don?t care about employee cleanliness or food safety.You?ve been warned. Read more
