This McDonald's has some pretty genuine people, they're very pleased to talk with and order from, they're patient. Their sausage... burritos are sometimes good, sometimes lacking, they at times can use a little more filling. And there was a time my chickenwasn't fully cooked, but when I called them they were very apologetic and willing to trade it out, or give me a free sandwich. Ijust wanted them to remind employees to be cautious, so I turned them down, lol.. but overall their food is good for a fast foodjoint. The thing that is most complicated is the long lines, or wait time, especially with the location of the drive thru. Itmakes it a little frustrating. Read more
Consistent in cold food, dry burgers, lukewarm fries. Friendly people, long waits. I believe they are bagging up orders out of... order and by the time u get to the window, it has been sitting way too long in the bag. They are not quick enough to pullpeople ahead when waiting on food. Read more
I get using the McDonalds app and getting points. But that should also help make things faster. The last two times using the app... I had to wait 10 minutes to get one breakfast meal and two breakfast sandwiches. This app does nothing but provide you pointsand make you wait longer for your food! Read more
This was actually one of the best McDonald's I've been to in awhile! Our burgers tasted good, the french fries were warm, and... the soda properly balanced (btwn carbonation and syrup). ???? Read more
A couple weeks ago we did a pickup order. The order had 1mcmuffin and 2 mcgriddles. They somehow made 3 McMuffins. None of which... were the correct one we ordered. When I called I was treated rudely. Because it was so close to when breakfast was over wecouldn't get the items remade. This means I needed a refund. So due to their complete failure of our order (other than the hashbrowns and drink that I filled) I had to drive it all the way back so I could get my money back. They did throw in one free mealbut honestly we should've been able to get a free order not just a meal. It's one thing to get one item wrong but it's anotherto mess up a ton. Look my first raw McDonald's cheeseburger!! Yum.. Update: Decided to get breakfast and it's clear whatever they're cooking on... isn't quite finishing the job or something, most items are undercooked. One of 3 biscuits are not done, the sausages are barelywarm, and I got shorted an apple fritter. No excuses for the mistake I've made coming back. Got a McDouble today with a bite taken from one of the patties. Wife called and the manager politely denied that it happened or... could have happened. Manager indicated that the patty was probably ripped and a new emoyee thought it was ok to use. I'll letthe public decide. It clearly has teeth marks and is in the shape of a mouth. I'm not one to eat fast food to aften however, my daughter and I thought we would try the McDonald's app. So we ordered our... food. Drove to McDonald's and waited for 15 minutes to get our food. The drive thru would have been faster. So in my opinion theapp is great if you have the time to wait. But next time might us well just get out of the car or go thru the drive thru if yourin a hurry.
