Menu seems to have quite the variety. For a fast food place, this workers actually seem happy to be there. Something must be... being done the right way by the managers! It's not to terribly often you see happy workers in a fast food restaurant. Read more
It seems like they are always short handed and the drive thru takes a long time. We switched to ordering from the app beforehand... which is much quicker to pick up. However we are always missing sauces. Maybe they are out? We never know. The food is usuallyhot and fresh.. The employees are always super friendly. I think if they could hire more people then my rating would go up. Read more
Oh my God where should I begin? Very, very long wait in line for two drinks and a burger! Finally pulled up to pay and the young... girl (Victoria) said she needed to step outside with my card to do the transaction instead of right there at the window whichwas more time of waiting. Was trying to see about talking to a manager, but was told things, where to it seems like she was tobusy to talk with a customer, but was seen in the back (Bailey) just standing around drinking while talking to anotherassociate! Finally got my food, but my drinks was not even ready, another long wait! When I got down the road to eat, burger wascold, only received four popcorn chicken pieces, the sweet tea was way too watered down and the water with ice tastes nasty!What type of business is they trying to run here? Very bad food, customer service with the long wait, not worth coming back evenif everything on the menu was a Dollar!! Even calling there corporate office didn't even help this doghouse of a store! Why we keep coming back I?ll never know why. Maybe in hopes it?s a better day but really maybe it?s just more convenient and... closer to come to the Bonney Lake location..EVERY TIME..not only is the service rude but one time had to encounter a managerwith missed items and she was just as rude making us feel like we were the ones in the wrong. Placed an order online but took 15mins after we were there to come to us. And instead of sending me the number or web link maybe you should be the one to passthis on to the franchise owner. Terrible, there was a decent amount of people in line and I get that can be rushed I don?t blame them, but they gave me a... vanilla milkshake after I asked for Carmel twice ??????? A trip to sonic is disappointing. First honey BBQ chicken not even in the bag. Once received it was the medium when we paid for... a large. This had very little sauce on it. Even after shaking it barely covers. My bacon cheeseburger has 1 piece of baconfolded to look like more. These guys care zero % inflation hitting hard I guess... Read more
2/5 I DRIVE-in and park. Friday at 5pm. I am the only one parked.. I make my selection and press the red button A lady promptly... takes my order.... TWENTY MINUTES later that come out with the COMPLETLY WRONG ORDER... remember. IM THE ONLY ONE THERE . myorder was a medium double bacon cheeseburger. With a cola, fries and a small popcorn chicken. They give me a chili dog with Drpepper... After explaining this is the wrong order they take about another 5 to get me the burger... and when I get home toenjoy the burger... no bacon. Look the people where nice and the food I got was ok.... but what is going on inside of thatkitchen is anyone's guess.... Read more
