This lady with red hair made a steak and cheese footling and put way too much steak, and she wasn?t even wearing a mask???????,... there was reccess peanut butter cups where u make the sandwiches. She was using a high pitched voice that made it sound like Iwas a little kid. I?m 27. She warmed up my sandwich and it was really cold, as if it was just in the fridge. She annoyed me tothe max. Horrible Subway I ever been. The girl with glasses had lot of attitude and don't want to do her job. I order a foot long... sandwich and on checkout I asked I she have veggie Patti... she got really Mad on why I want to buy more sandwiches and sad Youneed to tell before.... I told her it's separate order. She got so mad that she don't want to make sandwich. Other newly hiregirl then make sandwich for me. The other customers all saw this drama and they did not like how a customer wastreated... I can't complain about anything both girls treated me with the up most respect and customer service. If I was the owner I would... give them both a raise in wage. So all I wanted was sandwiches and i called the store and the guy couldn't answer any questions all he said was I don't know... you'll have to speak to a manager and i asked if I could speak with someone else he wouldn't let me then i asked to speak to themanager he told me no shes not here she runs in between her 6 stores its sad you just lost a customer because you have no oneworking there who can answer a few simple questions...do you make planters of sandwiches? If you're lucky enough to read this before visiting do yourself a big favor and just drive to the subway in Sumner. It is... superior, trust me. Some time ago my mother & I visited this one and we were treated very rudely by the young female employeebehind the counter. This woman had the gall to piratically shout at my mother when she was trying to place her order & my mom isnot hard of hearing. The quality suffers because the employees do not care and neither does the franchise owner. I wrote amessage to the owner after the event happened and got zero response. The general atmosphere of this small location is oppressiveand the employees are not friendly. The sooner this location goes out of business, the better. Read more
Great service. There was 3 employees there. Super fast, someone took order, got the meat and bread ready, the other takes veges... and sauce, and the other handled the register. Was impressed with teamwork between the employees during lunch rush hour. Cleantables and clean place ???????? Read more
After going to the other subway and having an incompetent worker that just couldn't get our order correct in drive thru we... left. We stopped at this subway and were told our sandwiches were ready at the other subway and they were not allowed to serveus. Read more
