I have been eating at trappers for a few years, but lately i have been coming to Bonney Lake a lot more because of the people... who work here and manager Laura. Her customer service skills are very wonderful and she has an eagle eye on everything in therestaurant. I’ve enjoyed getting to know her because it is nice to have great conversations with her and the chefs. , Tito,and Donvovan are my 2nd favorite chefs because they make jokes the whole time. Brandon is my favorite chef though because hemakes the most delicious sushi ever. Rick is my favorite bartender and is a fascinating person to talk to. Jenna makes betterdrinks though ha ha. Along with the food, and your very nice servers and bartenders it is always an enjoyable experience. Read more

Wasn't really happy with the cold food that was a small portion and high price. I wish they had a bigger selection of non fish... sushi. I got the chicken & steak. Is this for a child? It had been a while since I had sushi and Trapper's did not disappoint. My brother and I chose 3 rolls for lunch, and it was... just the right amount of food. The service was fantastic, friendly and attentive. The rolls, yet similar, had very differentflavors. Each one had a very lovely heat through both peppers and peppered sauces. I cannot wait this long to have my nextplate of sushi and Trapper's will be my choice. Highly recommend, I have never had a bad experience at a Trapper's locationwhether it be Bonney Lake, Tacoma, Silverdale or Lacey. Read more
I love the food at trappers. It's always excellent. The service at this location has gone downhill though. It used to be... awesome, but the servers are overworked and understaffed. For that reason service is very slow. There's always empty seats inthe restaurant and long wait times. There's definitely a need to hire additional employees. But every time I go in there it'sthe same long wait times and open tables. We keep going back because we love the food and hope service gets better, but it seemsto be the same every time we've gone in recently. Read more
