This was an absolute terrible experience the food is as expected but a Hospitality here with app it wouldn't give up the code to... the restroom and when I complained they finally gave it up but when there was a customer already using one they wouldn't openthe additional restroom they said that it was designated for employees only even though it wasn't labeled clearly stopped issimply too lazy to do their job for god sakes people this is a fast food restaurant. Two starts only because they rest of the crew working was pleasant and helpful. I've been here a few times and have always... received poor service from one particular girl, I work in the service industry and completely understand being stressed/ busybut have never taken it out on customers. Kelly- this young lady always has a bad attitude and horrible customer service. It'salmost like you are bothering her for being there. This particular Jack is a miracle that it's still in business. They don't open when the store hours on the door say they do,... they basically open whenever they feel like it. Same thing with closing. They're supposed to close at midnight and when I triedto go through the drive thru or walk in at 11:30, they had closed early. They got a little ?mean girls? club going on here consisting of 5 or 6 (mostly young) women. From blank stares to unfriendly... tones, they certainly don?t make you feel welcome. They openly spoke (in Spanish) about the job, the food, the customers. Pinche this and that. They must not have known I understood them. Then another young woman came in to order and I clearly sawthem turn their back to her, go around the corner, and giggle and talk smack about her, seemingly not wanting to acknowledge heror help her. There us nothing worse, than going thru a drive thru, being asked to park, so they can bring your order out to you, and it never... comes. Worst yet, when you go inside to see what's taking so long, they act like they have no idea that they asked you to wait.Incompetence, is the best word I can find to describe the workers at this place.
