Laura and her staff are absolutely amazing at Bfit Nutrition! Everyone is so friendly and positive. Not only do I leave Bfit... with a smile on my face, I also leave with a delicious and nutritious shake for breakfast or lunch. After my meal, I sip on mymarvelous (and sometimes beautiful) tea.
