The food and service is usually great when I go but it definitely irks me when I get a double cheeseburger with extra onions no... pickles instead of an extra pickle no onion (even the slip on the burger states extra pickle no onion) Read more
The service was "fast-ish", and food did NOT taste fresh! You could tell it sat in a warmer for quite some time before it was... served to me. I ordered 2 Breakfast Burritos and an Egg McMuffin. The ham that was in this sandwich was way to old to beserving to people. Aagain, it tasted like it had sat in a warmer way too long. Read more
You have to wait too long just to get your order in.. you will have a half dozen employees look at you, but they won't come over... to help you.. waiting for my food, I seen about 3 couples come in and leave for the lack of service!! Read more
This place has gone through some changes. They have been short of help and the drive through line was taking forever. They have... done a pretty good job getting the line moving now. Some days are, of course, worse than others. I must give those how have beenthere during the shortage of employees a round of applause. I was just there about 20 min ago - prime lunch time! I ordered a cheese burger happy meal & a #5 w/ a sprite. They handed me... the happy meal and said have a good day. I said I have #5 meal also. I saw them pull a box of nuggets out of a bag that had beensitting there & give me the rest of the bag. I know for a Fact it wasn?t mine because I said no sauce and I had 6 containers ofranch. The best part about the entire meal was the sprite. The fries were cold & not even a little warm, like cold. & thebreading on the chicken nuggets were so soggy they definitely had been sitting in the bag for a long time. Thanks for ruining alunch. James is one of my favorite drivers thru people he's always happy and greets people with a smile and is a bit of a goof. Food is... warm and yummy they are as speedy as they can be. Personally I try not to rush them because some people tend to be mean. UpdateNovember 14th So a few days ago they were really busy at the drive thru so I went inside well after I went inside I saw themanager yelling at everyone and being mean I felt really bad for the workers. They ended up goofing up my order and I didn'twant to go back in and get people in trouble I eneded up going back the next day to ask about it and the manager on staff wasvery polite and gave me a free meal.
