Terrible. 4 pizzas out but I had no idea what they were. All had white sauce on top. Couldn't see any meat. Bread and cheese... sticks cold and hard. Chicken is okay. But that's it. Hardly anything to choose from. I don't like paying 17 dollars for acouple pieces of chicken. My fault I guess. I should eat more of what I don't want to get part of my money's worth. They didbring out a pepperoni pizza before I left. Okay I guess. My daughter got a piece of chicken and a dessert pizza, which was hardand cold. So that's what she got for her 17 dollars worth. Just ordered.a breakfast pizza n had it delivered for one they havent been using a warmer bag this is the 2nd pizza ive gotten... recently thats been very lukewarm.. 2nd the pizzas have been very doughie alot lately.. Disgusting! I asked to have a table cleaned. The busser dumped 2 sodas from another table in the same buckets he used the wipe... the table. I was so grossed out I went to the car to get sanitizer to clean the table before we sat down. I had to order a pizzabecause there was none available. Very unsanitary to the point I really didn?t eat the food. A great place to spread disease andgerms. Also we sat under some mold ???? Do not go here!! Read more
Late lunch for 2 on a Saturday afternoon. Was a line to pay upon entering due to group just in front of us. Did not take long to... reach register. Had the Buffet. Hours for that was pretty much most of the day 10:30 am to 9:00pm. A bit pricey even with thesenior discount. Nearly $20 each. Limited selection of pizza only 3 choices and half gone or more of each. Salad bar was alittle light on choices as well. No green peppers, cucumbers, nor other staple kinds of options. Plenty of dressings, mostlymultiples of same kind. The sides bar and desert bar were limited as well. Service was good. The pizza I had chosen, was notfully baked. The crust had that layer of raw dough. Unable to eat pizza. I use to consider Pizza Ranch a nice balance between price and quality, can't say I feel that way anymore. Still nice, clean... atmosphere but ( understandably so ) the buffet pricing now exceeds the quality of the product..... Read more
Normally i like Pizza Ranch, but this particular location is always lacking in the pizza buffet. There were literally only 2... pizzas to choose from the entire hour i was there. The salad bar was good though. They do offer to make whatever pizza you want,but i think there should still be more of a selection without having to request anything. Read more
Words cannot describe how phenomenal Shane is! He's professional, polite, consistent, punctual, and fast-paced. I was amazed at... the amount of joy, energy, and effort he put in to his role, and he simply thrived. I'm not sure who runs this place, butrespectfully, that man deserves a raise. I mean that wholeheartedly. It has legitimately been years since I've seen aserver/host with that type of energy and meaning behind what they do. I hope you guys so something nice for him.
