I stop here way more than I'm willing to admit and the staff is 5 stars. They're friendly even when it's the morning rush and... it'd be easy to skip being nice. My order is always right. My dog also gives them 5 stars. They've made her a real scootersdiva. Read more
Stopped by the scooters tonight about 7 PM 2 girls in there working all they could do was laugh. ordered 2 drinks 2 carmelicious... apparently they forgot to put the caramel in it was nothing but coffee and shaved ice with whipped cream on top. Read more
I?ve tried to be happy with scooters as i love the convenience in the mornings. I order a simple drink, cold brew plain, splash... of cream. Today i got a watered down version of coffee that you could see through. I asked them nicely to make it again and itwas worse the second time. You could see through the cup. She said ? I don?t know what to tell you. There must be somethingwrong with the concentrate. I don?t know why it looks like that.? She knew it was wrong and still gave it to me. Twice. It?salways an issue on the weekends but this did it for me. Deleted the app and will be going to Starbucks for my morning fix. Read more
Things have completely improved here. I've been going twice a day 3x this week and everyone has been friendly and helpful. ... Coffee has improved. I dont eat many items here so can't say anything about that, but the staff are back to their friendlyself. Kudos. I always tip and appreciate the conversation that I have each time. Thursday, March 17 was my last try at Boone Scooters. It was the 3rd time in a row i specifically asked 4 hot hot chocolate &... was served a "child hot" drink. Not happy! Obviously, they dont care if your order is right. Back to McDonalds for me in themornings. Read more

New to town and decided to try Scooter's. I'm normally a Starbucks fan but didn't want to walk through a grocery store to go get... it. I got a blended moca and a ham breakfast sandwich. The drink was pretty good and I was pleased with the flavor and strengthof the coffee. The sandwich was less than favorable but I'm not 100% sure what I was expecting. This will not stop me from goingagain though. The staff member that took my order was incredibly sweet and patient with me as I had absolutely no idea what Iwanted or how to order a drink here as I'm not used to the menu. She made my experience the best! I wish I could have caught hername to give her some credit. Read more
