Well what what a difference a year makes my wife and I went back to subway tonight in Boone across from Taco John's and... absolutely the atmosphere was better I have a sandwich called the prime it was absolutely banging by the time I got out of therethe girls very nice blonde and a very nice brunette young ladies had put everything but anchovies on my sandwich the sandwichwas absolutely banging as I say which is my best rating and I'm sorry to say Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's but they believe youout of the water not only by price but by taste and by the sandwich being loaded my wife enjoyed hers as much as I enjoyed mineso way to go Subway you definitely definitely definitely up your game and keep doing what you're doing cuz if you keep doingwhat you're doing you going to get a lot more people coming back including us God bless you all take care cuz you're definitelydoing it the right way the way Subway used to be a place you could depend on Read more
This place struggles to keep ranch and Mayo straight. The last time I got ranch it was some sort of garlic dressing. And unless... you have them heat the meat separately and then again with the bread and cheese the sandwiches meat is always cold. I guess atleast I know the meat was kept cold enough to not have gone bad so that's a plus. Read more
Today at the Boone Subway, I Stood in line for a while, then they came and took my girl friends order and ignored me, They moved... to the next people in line. When I said what about me, they ignored me again I got upset and gave my money to my girl and walkedout and they acted like they did not know why I was upset. Review the tape about 6 pm Aug 10, 2022 if you have one.. Boone Iowadowntown subway. I did not even get a I am sorry. This was not right and vary poor service. Ordered online last night. Went in a little after pick up time. Order hadn?t even been started. Heard yelling and cussing in the... back from a female employee. One worker came up said they just had another employee walk out. I understand that is stressful.Stood in the store 20 minutes waiting for my order while one person made the four sandwiches and three other players just stoodaround laughing and talking about the situation. When I finally got my food didn?t even get a apology that it took so long oranything. Very disappointed in the fact that they were so loud and foul about the whole situation in the back. Read more
Ordered door dash, got subway. Asked for Mayo on on my sandwich and there was none, no cheese on either when we ordered it on... both, sandwich bread is unevenly cut and falling apart, bread is soggy but also burnt? Like seriously? Huge L oh and to top itoff we ordered oven baked lays and got regular lays. What a waste of money. Read more
This was probably the worst subway I have ever went to. The kid was worried about going home and not listening to what the order... was. Asked for lettuce I have none on mine but the pieces you see. Lucky I can't give a thumbs down. Read more
Clean interior, well lit, friendly employees. No bowls or salads though but life could be worse.
