While traveling through NC Mountains stopped to check out this Ice Cream Shop in Boone. Ordered Cookies and Cream Ice Cream... between two Double Chocolate Cookies. Best Ice cream sandwich ever! We love blue deer cookies; they are delicious. I am giving a 3 star rating because today when I went to buy some cookies, I... inquired about the ingredients in the Rocky road cookies because I had never had them before and I have a sensitivity topeanuts. The employees told me they thought there were some nuts in the cookies but they weren't sure and they couldn't tellme the ingredients. I think that the employees should have access to the ingredient list of the cookies so they can tell acustomer that inquires. Read more

Ice Cream is a 5 star but no water fountain or cups of water, forcing you to spend $1.60 for a bottle of water, gives them a 3.
