I just wanted to say that this chipotle location is my favorite why ?? Because of the fact that the food is always delicious and... perfect every time ! BUT the two girls with the red/burgundy hair and the boy who are really helping at the front line aresuper nice and so pleasant to see when you come in!! Thank you thank you. YOU girls definitely make a difference in thislocation and also on this awful world full of rude people with no manners.. keep doing what you guys do because some of uspeople really appreciated you. Over all the food is good but the service is unnecessarily very slow. They need to pick up their pace. I?ve been here three... times and the line gets so big because to serve the bowls or anything is so slow. Even the orders to go. Need more necessaryspeed Read more
Please understand, I love me some Chipotle. This review is about the execution of an order via app (first time experience.)... Ordered lunch on the app as I was needing to do a quick pick up. I will not do that again. I ordered the veggie salad...whichhad almost nothing green in it, except for the guacamole- which was great.). I had asked for extra pico, missing, salsa Verde,also missing...basically a half full bowl. In person they do a great job, if you are there to ask nicely. I don't know that I've ever left a one,-star review before. This rating is based off multiple experiences at this specific... Chipotle. My fiancée and I are die-hard Chipotle connoisseurs but have had it with this location. The last three times we'vevisited this location we've walked right out the door before even ordering. Each time, the restaurant has been out of multiplekey ingredients such as rice, sour cream, chicken, and beans. On the latest visit, we were only allowed to order online and pickup in-person (can't order at the counter). On top of this, the servings are very stingy on busier days in order to ration foodfor later customers. I shouldn't receive less than a full portion because the restaurant is busier. I'm not here to makejudgements about the staff, as they are typically very hospitable. However, this location has severe stocking and planningissues. They focus more on what's better for their operation than what fulfills the needs of customers. Read more
Horrible the staff made my food so soggy when I tried to get it out of the bag it had leaked within 60 seconds through the bowl... and onto my clothes.When I had them remake it the boy gave me a Attitude when he was the one who made the fist order. I had five different and separate orders today (the entire clinic ordered food). I had a wonderful experience with these young... employees.
