Hadn?t been to Coyote Kitchen in years. The interior definitely looks cozier and they now have a huge covered front patio. ... Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was amazing! Great restaurant! I had lunch outside on the patio. They had live entertainment! I had the chicken tacos and fried plantains.... Yum! Tacos were huge! Service was great! Chris was my server. Google maps didn't give good directions, took me a few minutes tofind, but worth it! Read more

Great, amazing food! We started with an order of fried plantains. Sweet, perfectly fried, and delicious! I ordered the Sierra... Madre bowl as my main course and couldn't have been happier! Nice variety of flavors that melded perfectly together! The shrimpwas cooked to perfection, the chorizo and good compliment with a hint of spice, the coconut rice delicious! Excellent restaurant in Boone NC, very friendly staff, came with a 11 person group and they were able to seat us quickly and... accommodate all of us! The food was incredible, everything on their menu looks amazing, I got the Yucatán and that was so wellflavored and well balanced, the salsas were also really neat and unique Don?t forget to get the homemade cake too! Coyote Kitchen is in a great location. Easily accessible with plenty of shopping nearby, and the truly giant Walmart across the... parking lot makes it easy to find. Anyway, my group of four really enjoyed our meal and our time there together. The water wasactually some of the best water I think I?ve ever had in my entire life. I ate half of a burrito. I was a little disappointed tofind out they didn?t really have any coyotes working in the kitchen, especially given the name and the prominent graphicsthroughout the establishment, but the booths are spacious and the wait staff is friendly so that made up for it.
