I like the food there but the wait time is unreal. I would recommend ordering online, wait a little while and go pick it up... inside, since you can eat inside now. The wait time in the drive thru wouldn't be any faster. Read more

The general manager is absolutely the perfect fit for her position. I wanted to lay that out first. This store however, seems to... fall short when examining the speed of service in their drive thru & their employees attitudes. These may seem like smallissues, and I can agree (thus my 4 star review), however I feel that those are the seeds planted for a negative shift in thestores performance over time. The GM is always pleasant, she always is working either in drive thru or on front counter ?wherever needs her most ? and it?s really important that she is in my opinion. Because plenty of times I?ve came in, I?ve beenso irritated by the time it took for me to receive a cinnamon roll (that?s it. Just a cinnamon roll..) with not one person infront of me in the middle of the day, but yet to leave with a smile on my face because she was so kind and clearly concernedwith my wait time, and dedicated to expediting it?s fulfillment. If they could just get more employees with her work ethic or atleast half of it, they?d be one of the best in the company hands down. Thank you for the cinnamon rolls ???????? I should have known something was up when there were no clean tables even though they weren't super busy. We waited 20 min for... our order before one of the employees came over to tell us that they had lost our order. If we hadn't already paid, we wouldhave left. He apologized and retook our order. While we waited (again), I went to the restroom. I've been in cleaner gasstation bathrooms. When he finally brought our food, the employee who took our reorder told us he upgraded my teen daughter'ssmall fry to a medium. That's it? Woop-de-do. On the bright side, the fries were decent. On the downside, my sandwich lookedlike something from a kids meal. I ordered the ham and cheese. It had 2 pieces of ham and half a piece of cheese on it. Notworth the money and definitely not worth the wait. We will not be back. Read more

Wow....sooooo slow. Sat in line 30 minutes just to order. Once I ordered & paid, I was asked to drive forward to wait on my... food. 10 minutes later I went inside & asked for a manager. She said "oh, you waiting on food? Well the Cinnamon rolls are kindof frozen. Didn't someone tell you?" Uh, no, if so I would have ordered something else!!!! Manager, so do you want arefund????? Duh!!!! So fast food took from 9:15 -10:00 am to get breakfast. Folks, that is NOT fast food. Never again!!! Read more

Breakfast is usually good, although recently I've been receiving burned food during breakfast. When it's good though, the... biscuits are always satisfying, and the hash browns are nearly perfect. A bit less of a favorite than the Hardee's I went tobefore moving here but overall acceptable. Somehow also a cheaper fast food place recently. Read more

The worst. 7:45 pm after an app state football game. Lobby closed and 3 cars ahead of me. My turn to order and told absolutely... no chicken, only burgers, order 3 burgers, paid and told to wait in spot 3, 3 other cars also waiting. In the mean time theyshut down the drive thru, so essentially the business closed at 8:00. So at 8:05 I pull back to the window and I am told theyare closed, so I say what about the cars still waiting for food and told they are out of fries, I did not order fries . Anotherirate customer walks up and says they are waiting for 6 burgers and they are told they are out of fries, they said refund us forthe fries and give them the 6 burgers and they are told the register is closed so no refunds. So we both ask how long for theburgers and once again told we are closed. But we paid, so no food or refund. Finally some gal walks out with bags of food andthey hand them out to the 4 cars. We all 4 had incorrect orders but told us that is all the food they have left and contactcorporate about refunds. So now they are cleaning and ignoring us knocking on the drive thru window, so we all left. Read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Had bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, which were good but prices have gone up....4... biscuits were over $16. Unfortunately we won't be stopping as often as we use to for breakfast. Read more
