Soooo disappointed in the food we received, from drive through only, by the way. Staff seemed like a bunch of young kids with... no experience complaining they were short staffed. The condiments were not as ordered and not discovered until we had drivenaway. Won't return to this restaurant. Read more
Tuna good. Kettle crisps way hard. Nice staff. Like that you can order a small sized sandwich. Tea is very good.
I haven't eaten Jimmy John's in years due to a poor experience I had about 5 years back at a different location. However, I... wanted a sub delivered to my workplace and Jimmy John's was across the street from me so I decided to give them another shot. Iordered delivery and my food arrived a bit ahead of schedule. The delivery driver was precise, kind, and had a positive vibeabout him. My sandwich was absolutely delicious. The bread was fresh, the deli was cold and full of good flavors, and theveggies were fresh, cold, and crunchy. They also honored my request of extra mayo. (You'd be surprised how often this is ignoredby lots of sub places when ordering delivery.) The sandwich was ordered with a drink, an absolutely stupendous chocolate chipcookie, and a delicious cold, flavorful, and zesty whole pickle cut into quarters. I was having a tough workday and thiscompletely uplifted my mood by making my lunch beyond pleasant and very very enjoyable. To the employees of this establishment,I give you a very heart-felt thank you for that. Drive through only has one car. When I walked In the door, Said: ONLY DRIVE THROUGH, BUD ! me: my truck and trailer ain't going... to fit, BUD. Silence for 5 minutes. I got 30 sandwiches to make and I'm all by myself....with a real dumb, blank look on Hisface. Just shrugged shoulders . Went next door and had a great sandwich. Read more
While food is OK (would not recommend to friends or family), SERVICE is like ?go away, we were having a good time.? Ordered 2... sandwiches at the drive thru. These are very long and we wanted to half them, but no knife in the sack. Walked over to the samewindow and requested a knife (I assumed disposable) but the the 3 dudes there looked at me like I was from Mars. I told them Iwanted to cut the sandwiches. No offer to cut them for me as they were focused on something other the best customer service theycould provide. Too many fish in the sea to go back. Read more
Can I start this of by saying Thomas handled the whole store like a BOSS! He handled taking orders making sandwiches (sandwich... was made to perfection even with my modifications) payment gathered all the extra items I asked for customer service wasphenomenal thank you if you! (He had a VERY LONG LINE that appeared very quickly) Thomas if you see this Thank you you withouta doubt handled the situation very calmly and proficiently NOT once did I see you get flustered or panic... Upper management Ihope you recognize this very very special gem of a young man and reward promote whatever but he most definitely deserves to berecognized someway some how 100% very satisfied customer will be back when in the area between patients! The staff here went above and beyond for us tonight. We love Jimmy John?s and travel to different locations frequently, this... store has our exceeded expectations. The staff working tonight (11/16)were exceptional employees and their customer service wastop notch, these guys deserve a raise.
