My son went into the restaurant and ordered a burger and was yelled at by the manager. ?I will not take orders go through the... drive through? after he had already ordered and then some more customers needed water and she rolled her eyes and was very rude, definitely don?t stop here. When we got his burger there was no lettuce but ketchup. I mean there could have been a warningabout them being short. We tried to get it fixed and she said I cannot do anything. Never again, I don?t do McDonalds and todaywe wanted to give it a try but thanks to that manager I was reminded why I don?t eat at those restaurants. Read more

I really enjoy their seasonal specials, such as their new Frozen Sprite Lemonade which they?ve priced for just $1.89. It?s so... refreshing to see restaurants offer quality, fresh (or unique), products that are classic to their brand and taste at areasonable and affordable price so that everyone has the opportunity to try them. I?ll definitely be back shortly to getanother few, lol. Read more

If we have to eat it well the acid of the tomato will hurt them and keep them bentdouble for the next 12 hours, so i would like to thank you for the pain and suffering, please have all hearing aids fixed Read more

This McDonalds is usually pretty clutch when I want a little snack, especially since it?s right by campus. I ordered a choccy... shake and received what looked like a vanilla shake. The worker stated ?the chocolate and vanilla shakes usually look similar?upon handing me the shake. I didn?t even have to ask. I trusted her word. Upon trying my shake when I got home, it wasunmistakable what kind of shake it was. Vanilla. 3/5 stars because it was still kinda tasty but if I wanted vanilla, I would?veordered it. Love y?all, god bless. Read more

Ended up ordering lunch, 24.00. Jokes on me. The Big Mac I received was not a Big Mac, the size of the patty was thinner than... printer paper. Fries were stale. Not remotely ok. Looks like someone already took half of it!!! If this is the definition ofquality, I?ll take a pb&j over wasting 24 dollars. Tried calling prior to this review and guess what, no answer?.. Rhonda gotback to me and made it right!!! I appreciate her for taking the time and initiative to work with me!!! Read more

I spent a full 20 minutes in the drive through. 6:08 - 6:38 pm. The inside did not have many employees. There?s no excuse for... the lack of workers. McDonalds can afford it, they just choose not to. I have never seen a restaurant this terribly managed. Read more

I despise all McDonald's locations except for this one. I usually only go because my 6 year old likes it. This location,... however, has exemplary service, and is a model for how all McDonald's should be managed and operated. The food is made in atimely manner and made very well. The environment is being cleaned constantly. Bathrooms are also clean and have soap. Thebiggest and most surprising aspect of it all? They actually bring the food to the table! ???? Way to go team! This McDonald's is in a college town, in the the vicinity of the Blue Ridge Parkway, popular travel destination with lots to do... & home to numerous affluent neighborhoods. To add to that, our visit to this McDonald's was during a weekend when StateChampionship baseball games for all ages were being held. The drive thru line was almost out in the highway, 2 out of the 4Kiosks inside were not working & there was only 1 cashier taking orders inside. Somehow, we were in & out in 10-15 min & thedrive thru appeared to be moving at that pace too. The food was expected. But as far as wait time & customer service goes, theydef ain't letting grass grow under them. Read more
