The driver left with my pizza because he couldn?t find my apartment? (I left the floor and exact room number). Then had to deal... with the rudest customer service and ultimately never got my food and still waiting on my refund? Ordered pizza was delicious. Later had a mobile order issue and manager was super nice and helpful.

Do not order the stuffed crust for delivery unless you like re-solidified rubbery cheese in your crust. Also go ahead and add 30... minutes to there estimated delivery time. Read more

Worst experience, Went there and ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. When I got to the hotel I found out They gave me someone... else?s order. I called them back and they said sorry about that.. we can refund you the money. I told them I don?t want themoney but just make me a pizza I ordered and they hung up on me. I called them back and ordered a new order and they said itwill be ready in 20min I went back and they didn?t even start making it. They finally started making it and it was the worstpizza I had. They dumped sauce in spots and didn?t make it as they normally make it in other places. The worst. We ordered a pizza online today during a snow storm and everyone was starving. Several minutes later I get a text... message that the order is ready. We get dressed up and brave the weather to retrieve the pizza, only to get there and be toldthe manager canceled the order, so she could close the store. Does she call me and tell me she had to cancel the order? No, thestore sends me a text (Also, we weren?t the only people with this issue there) message telling us the order was ready, so wecould drive there through the snow for nothing. I keep giving this place another shot and wish that I hadn't. The first time I ordered the tracker said my food was out for... delivery and when I still hadn't received it an hour later I tried to call the store several times and no one would answer thephone. The driver finally showed up and explained that he took deliveries that were way across town with mine sitting in the carwhen I live pretty much walking distance. The next two times we ordered from here our pizza was still raw and it took over anhour when the estimated time was 25 minutes.
