Wrong food on order when we recipe the correct order the food was sloppy.....
We ordered an 8 piece family meal, in original recipe. Had to sub extra crispy for the breast meat. Ordered side of corn and... mashed potatoes. We were asked to pull up to wait on the corn. They said it would be 6 minutes , it took 16 minutes to get ourfood and then it was definitely not fresh. All dried out with no juice. I couldn't return it because we live 30 minutes away. Read more
They are a two restaurant in one location (KFC/Taco Bell) Chicken pot pies and crispy chicken sandwiches are awesome! The KFC... side accepts online orders and offer catering services. The kfc app however is problematic here. Unfortunately the Taco Bellside does not accept online orders or app orders at this time nor do they offer catering. Read more

KFC/TACO BELL BOONEVILLE ARKANSAS TUESDAY 7PM Paid $35.35. This was our meal. Biscuits were like rocks, corn was 50% dried... out, it had hard pieces of corn, not a drop of juice, brown mashed potatoes, raw, dried out chicken tenders, look closely atthe cole slaw was not only slimmy, but it was bubbling. I took a bite of it first spit it out and dry heaved, and violentlygagged for 20 minutes. They returned our money, but I wasn't hiding the fact that I was recording, and I wasn'tleaving untilwe did. The kitchen, and dining room floors, & work spaces were disgusting. NEVER WILL WE GET FOOD FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Both employees were extremely sorry. They were out of the chicken that my husband tried to order (original recipe 8 piece bucket) but had everything else. My... daughters corn were both very burnt but everything else was fine. Booneville doesn't have many options so we'll be back, but notbecause it was awesome food. The staff members were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Nice, clean restrooms also. Read more
