THE WORST SONIC I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I'm traveling now, I'll edit with details when home.... Just don't waste your time.... If... your starving, trust me, you won't die.... Just drive to the next town and get real service. Details: EVERYTHING and I meanEVERYTHING we ordered was wrong, we had to call them out 3 different times ... And gave up trying to get the correct order. Oneof the orders required a fork to eat (chili cheese tots) and they forgot to bring a fork... When we called and requested one,the reply was ... "We ran out" ... Ok... Like... ANY utensil will work, I'm not going to eat chili cheese tots with my fingers!!I did end up getting a spoon... After specifically requesting SOMETHING, otherwise, seriously, they weren't going to bring meanything to eat my food with!!..... I do not exaggerate when I say everything in the order was wrong. I have yet to ever receive a correct order here .The other day I Ordered a value Dbl cheese burger with onions ,tomatoes, ... pickles and mayo . They made and got the burger wrong 3 times , manager came out with a note pad and wrote down how I wantedit. No sorry no nothing. Seriously? Read more
They were Busy when we stopped by but the ice cream bar and employees were dirty. Like bad dirty. Usually do not have any... problems and order drinks all the time but if I order ice cream from there I would use drive thru so you can watch exactly howthey handle it. Read more

What's up with the highway robbery at the Booneville Sonic? When you go there now they just automatically keep your hard change... if its under 50 cents. Is this corporate policy or do they think its ok to pick your pocket? Its not everyone but just a couplethat do it. I no longer tip any of them because of this. I went for a sonic blast , I asked for fruit instead of candy because I've had major dental work that's requiring extensive... healing time > I can't chew certain foods at all and I'm not allowed to use a straw. I told them that and she said the managersaid they said they couldn't do that. So I ordered the shake and I asked them to make it thicker. Again because I can't use astraw. What I got was a lot of indirect attitude from the manager who made my shake while I waited for easily 5 minutes at thedrive-thru window and watched her. The kicker came , when the young girl who was nice,who took the order brought me the shaketo the window and just handed it to me without a means to consume it?? So, I asked for a spoon? And again said I can't use astraw, she turned around went and got it and said to them exactly what I said and they were all laughing and smirking. Greatway to make someone feel uncomfortable!!!? all because i asked for some accommodation due to a temporary disability on someice cream that I could comfortably enjoy following the rules set down by my dentist!! Does The Sonic treat everybody with adisability this way that maybe isn't immediately apparent ???? When I got home I discovered the "Master Shake" was so thin Icould have almost used the straw and that there was almost 2 in of graham cracker in the bottom of a small shake..??? what ahuge disappointment. Ordered almost 38.00 in food. Got no straws and not all of our order. Then we called In to report that the #1 meal was missing... they said it was only the burger and wanted to charge for the fries which was incorrect bc we ordered the meal and got the drinkjust not the food for the order so they were going to charge us .... ridiculous.... so he didn't get the fries we were not goingto be charged Extra.
