I actually give it zero stars... I called to place an order since online ordering was down, when I ask if the same deal applied... over the phone as it showed online the girl was very rude and didn't even know what deal I was talking about.. ok.. I'm stillbeing nice at this point and said I would still go ahead and place an order for pickup.. well, she hung up on me..Needless tosay I won't be calling again and the people at pizza hut are very nice!! We ordered 4 pizzas Saturday afternoon. Four large pizzas, three of which were 3 toppings, the other was cheese. (Order #576) in... case anybody from Dominoes actually reads this post. The cheese pizza was BEYOND burnt!! We live 30 minutes away...my daughtertook it back, they offered NO apology & sent a medium pizza back with her! Now, 2 of them had hardly any meat or vegetable onthem. This is our 3rd time trying to order from there & we always have an issue!! Wont be back! Read more
Usually good service. Last time we were not pleased with our alfredo bread bowl and hoping to have it corrected this time. We... love dominos and eat at least once a week with them. If they fix this issue we are totally cool and are actually very eager toorder again. Great team just need scheduling better as far as the mobil alert and actual timing. Read more
I wouldnt give a star if it would let me.this is the WORSE management/delivery service I have EVER experienced. Delivery driver... took over an hour & delivered/left it at someone else's house.i called 45mins after placing to make sure they had my right info(bc it's not the first time they went to a diff house) called back after 1 1/2hr & he's back n store & if wanted a replacementit wud b 2hrs.manager said next order free.well he got fired before coming back & the one there was rude to me.callong menames.hoing my kids wud die from starvation.said he doesn't believe me.wudnt ask the driver.thefirst manager even wrote a noteto give.i had to call over & over & he hung up on me yelling at me,calling me names etc. WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN IF Manager-M.McAnntosh (however u spell it)is not FIRED!!
