Server took our order, I ordered a smokehouse platter with extra bacon and a extra egg. They brought it to me with no bacon and... 3 eggs and no biscuit and gravy which come with the meal. Sent the plate back it came back with 3 eggs and no sausage this time" sausage come with it also". 3rd time they came over to ask me about the order and she read it off as smokehouse platter extraegg extra order of bacon gravy biscuit eggs over medium. Brought it back 3 eggs bacon sausage hash browns no gravy biscuit noextra egg no extra order of bacon. 4 tries and all wrong. I will not be eating at this establiment ever again the place used tobe a great place to eat but now employees either don't care or just can't comprehend simple orders.... Read more
First time at HH. Best breakfast I have had in some time. Ordered the MVP . Bacon was crispy , hash browns were done just right... and the biscuits and sausage gravy were incredible. .Everyone was pleasant and helpful! Read more
I ordered a large biscuit and gravy with 3 over easy eggs. My server cassey was always cutting up with everyone. She always had... a smile on her face. Her and the cook today who was someone I never seen were on top of things. I will be back as I come throughtown and eat here again. Read more
No, David you are correct. They have horrible customer service. I do not care how busy you are, if you are that busy then hire... someone specifically to answer calls for call in orders. I?ve called 15 times today and not the first pick up. No huddle houseplease hold, nothing. Bad service, great food , terrible communication. I know ladies there who work so it all starts withmanagement. Get someone in there who can staff and manage the place. You would get more business. Read more
Great experience. Wait staff very attentive and friendly. The cook is also very nice, and he cooks a good breakfast and lunch,... too! We love Huddle House and make it a point to visit many times when we are in town, visiting from Austin Texas. Read more
Good breakfast, the breakfast machine / lady cooking your grub owns the griddle , never seen anyone cook 10 breakfasts at once... in about 5 minutes.. clean place, cheap good breakfast and coffee- couldn't ask for more. Read more
