I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas order of chicken Alfredo and apple pies. They come I got one pepperoni pizza one cheese pizza the... Alfredo and no apple pies. I called and the man I talked to just wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. Like I don't k owwhat I ordered. This happens everytime I use pizza hut. They just lost this customer. I preordered and prepaid online for 3:00. I was 10 minutes late getting there and still had to wait. They gave me a free large... pepperoni hand-tossed pizza with me having to wait about 13 minutes. The pizza was great though. It was warm and fresh afterdriving about 30 minutes to drive home. I'm overall satisfied with my experience. I'm just glad I didn't have anywhere to beafter I picked up the pizza! I use this location often and will be returning. This is the first time I have ever had an issuehere. Read more
I had to order a large amount of pizzas for my company's pizza day. When it came time to pick it up, they had everything ready... (with only one person working that morning and having to make 45 pizzas, he did an awesome job!) for me. I truly appreciate thehospitality and respect that this location gave me. dining room was a mess service was non existent waiter took our order and brought it out my wife had to get up and get our own... refils tables had stacks of plates and cups all over them for over a hour absolute worst experience ive had at thisestablishment and ive eaten there for years the management has let this restaurant go down so bad i will not reccomend anyoneeating here on top of all this our pizza crust was so soggy we just couldnt eat it i paid for our order full price i may add andall i got is sorry we are short handed Read more
I called this location at 9:45pm to place an order for a pizza. The femalr employee answered the phone rudely stating that they... are close . I said its 9:45, your hours state that you close at 10. She responded that they have already broken everything downand will not take any orders and then hanged up in my face. As a company if you're going to stop taking orders 15 minutes beforeclosing then you shouldn't be open! I WILL NOT be eating here again. Read more
