Food came quick, driver was polite. But the food was terrible. I had to inspect my buffalo chicken sandwich to find the chicken,... the pasta was old and dry. I'm very disappointed that I tried anything other than pizza. I won't be making that mistake again Read more
Two starts only because the food is hot and they didn't mess up the order. This is hands down the worst Domino's that I've come... across as far as customer service is concerned. Placed my order through the app for carryout, and the only option wascontactless pickup. Cool, perfectly fine with this. Call the store when we arrive to let them know we were ready for the"delivery" and the woman who answers proceeds to chew us out because if we want contactless pickup we need to call the storebefore we place the order.... That defeats the purpose of ordering through the app. After letting her know the app doesn't offerany instructions about having to call ahead, she gets rude about it. Finally she tells us to put our hazards on so they knowwhich vehicle to bring the order to. 10 minutes pass and nothing. Ended up going in to pickup our food anyway. It's just sittingthere with like 8 employees standing around doing nothing. So much for "contactless". The service here is a joke! Read more
They were extremely busy on New Year?s Eve and unfortunately they made a mistake on our order. But I gave them five stars... because we went back the next morning to deal with the issue and our interaction with the employees was outstanding. They werevery apologetic about what happened and they made it right. On top of that the pizza was so delicious! We don?t live in the areaand unfortunately the Domino?s in our area is less than stellar :( But this Domino?s is absolutely wonderful. Keep up the goodwork! Read more
