Ive been going here all the time. Peaceful. No complaints. The manager or a female employee denied me unlimited refills and ice... cream. That person was me. I was pulling up the directions for my daughter in law and saw that review by that horrid woman. I stop by in the early mornings... and I can?t imagine what she did to make them that angry at her. The older woman, I don?t know if that is Peggy, is an absolutedear when I stop in to get my cigarettes. Hope you all have a blessed year. Read more
I come here regularly, mostly in the evenings. I have written great reviews before. Usually service is 9/10. I have no idea what... the heck they are hiring now. I know everyone is desperate for workers but COME ON!.... Atleast hire people with better customerservice. I had HORRIBLE customer service and this was the 2nd time by the SAME EMPLOYEE! PEGGY that works overnights at theBoonsboro location was completely rude and nasty to me. First time was thru the drive thu, this time in the store. It took 20mins to make 3 milkshakes. Was not busy. 2am in morning. That's not even what I'm mad about. The fact she lacks respect andcourtesy to her customers is why. Her ignorant remark, and her slaming down a milkshake on the counter at me is why she had toclean it up off the floor! Sorry. I'm NOT going to be talked to like that! This is my favorite Sheetz ever. The crew is always smiling and friendly.They work hard to take excellent care of this location,... it is always neat and tidy. I love the sheetz app too. It makes ordering food super convenient especially during their busiertimes. I can order my food and go through the drive thru or run in and grab it. I like to go in of course and give the crew somesmiles and thank yous for their services. If you haven't tried their swedish fish milk shake or fried oreos you are missing outmy friends. Sheetz is by far the best gas station around! The employees are extremely friendly and helpful, the gas prices are good, and the... place is relatively clean. Also, the MTO food is great, and they even have a walk-in soda cave!! Read more
