Ordered through DoorDash today at 3:30pm and ordered a not toasted sourdough breakfast sandwich?.they gave me a FULLY frozen... sandwich. Uncooked egg, uncooked sausage and uncooked cheese. They took it strait out of the freezer and gave it to me. I calledto complain and they told me ?NO REFUND because I ordered a non toasted sandwich? Not toasted means the bread is un-toasted notthe entire sandwich. It says ?bread? on the toasting option?I never ever had a Dunkin serve me a fully frozen meal as nottoasted. 09/25 update: We used to go to Totowa Rt 46 and Pine Brook Rt46. Totowa always had doughnuts available, then they had less and... less. When Boonton reopened we tried it ASAP (we live one town away) They always have fresh doughnuts! ...and a selection. Weplan our trips so that we don't have to go anywhere else. Original review: fast pickup service. Drinks are always waiting forme, I'm not waiting for them. Open 24 Hours! Read more

I was treated soooooooo kind by the gentleman here. I was late, traveling from NY and really needed my Hazelnut coffee. It was... so fresh and hot! Those sugar donuts were very soft and fresh too! I am giving it 5 stars for their great coffee also because of their fresh donuts. Only problem I have is ; it's been couple... years since I have had their boston cream donut, and I will tell you that it takes three bites to get to the teaspoon full ofcream really! 1.50 for a donut with hardly any cream. If I am paying 1.50 for a cream donut it better be coming out the sidesof the donut. Common I was a big fan of these donuts but I don't think I am going to pay 1.50 for a teaspoon of cream. Very convenient, easy on/off on route 80 and open 24 hours!!! Staff is very friendly. Unlike other stores has a good variety... of donuts. For all the hardcore Dunkin' lovers.... all of the great coffee and specialty drinks are available including ColdBrew (Big Wally's favorite). Lots of sandwiches on the menu that are great all day. I love that this Dunkin? is open 24 hours. We stopped in at 3am before heading out to the airport and the worker was so nice, he... prepared our coffees just how we like it. I would highly recommend this location. Read more
