A New Jersey mikes opened up in Boonton NJ. Got myself a regular veggie sub. The staff was very customer focused and the... ingredients were fresh. The signage was impeccable for a sub shop. The cashier was friendly and efficient. Good pricing. Read more
Buyer beware if you have modifications or additional instructions for your order! This is the FIRST Jersey Mike's I've ever seen... that doesn't read the instructions on their online orders. Every other location has done good when asked to replace theirdefault cheese for a sub with American. No fuss, no issue, no problem. Not so for this one! Sandwiches that were completed werehastily put together and appeared messy at best. When I called the establishment it was Brandon who recommended I discuss myexperience here. I only give chain food places 4 stars tops because it's a chain... that being said, I was very pleased with this branch. The... food was cooked/prepared fresh. The ingredients were quality and the staff was courteous and pleasant. Bathroom was also updatedand clean. All-in-all, was what I would hope from a Jersey Mike's that was actually in Jersey! I come here somewhat regularly and usually have a decent experience but I can?t say the same for my experience last week. It... seems like the staff is pretty young and need some more customer service training. A week ago two young guys were working anddidn?t acknowledge me or my brother for several minutes. They kept going about doing other things. It became uncomfortable formy brother and I so we were like ok let?s go. As we made that decision they were like what can we get you, we said nothing, andleft. I get you can be busy but at least acknowledge the customer. I like the sandwiches and May be back but we will see. Thereis fresh deli sandwich place next door and I choose Jersey mikes. Read more
