Food is prepared with care and is fresh and delicious. The Honduran Fried Chicken with the red sauce, plantains and Honduran... slaw is AWESOME and very unique. Other standouts include: Mexican enchiladas - delicious salsa rojo, covered with crisp, coldfresh vegetables and avocado that mix so well with the hot food beneath; Huevos Rancheros, Guacamole, Chicken Quesadillas, TacosAlambre (beef with bacon).
