First let me start that I'm from New York City. Search for me the like pizza it has to be real good. The source was absolutely... great with a slightly sweet taste to it blending well with the cheese. On top of a thin crust was heavenly. I can't wait to comeback and try there calzones. So you dont last for 50 years without knowing how to make good pizza. Roma Pizza has been a staple on main street in Boonton and... they continue to produce good pizza. This is just a suttle observation, but the pizzerias that have lasted more than 25 yearswith original ovens tend to have amazing crust. The crust at Romas speaks to you with first bite.
