What can I say? Totally awesome place with great treats! The ice cream and shakes are tasty (as the name suggests) and their... limited food menu is also worth trying. Service is always prompt and friendly. There can be a line around the building duringpeak times, but your patience will be rewarded. Read more
Sunday, my 2 sons and 2 grandchildren went here for a treat. We had great expectations!! The only way to get served quickly is... to order at the window in person, which is what we wanted to do. The drive through line was huge!! We placed our order for 5people and after a reasonable wait we only received 1 order that was correct and they kept trying to get us to take the wrongitems. When we said they had given my granddaughter the wrong cone they brought out a mini size one, I couldn't believe it!!After several attempts we thought we had it right when i discovered my grandson never received his root beer float!! So, theyprepared it and finally we could sit down. As it turned out the "float" was 90% icecream and 10% root beer, so he had to spoonit out with the straw!! Their medium size cup is a small portion!! Truly, I would hate to see small. The pineapple sherbet had afake pineapple taste. The people who work there are almost all young teens and they desperately need direction which managmentseverely lacks. I won't be bothering to spend my money here again. Read more
My boyfriend had gone through about an hour ago and he tells me that the service was so good that it came with a free hot fudge... shake shower. On top of that they also changed the color of his floor boards was black to chocolate and white ice cream. THANKSTASTY FREEZE! Read more
The ice cream is some of the best I've ever had! I mean just wow! Great ice cream, but that's it. My advice if you want anything... other than ice cream just go to Evansville and get something that's actually worth the money. The rest of this is for theowners. The sign that you order from at the driveway is very disorganized and there are so many items it's very hard to knowwhat to get. It needs to be simpler. The store looks from the outside like it needs to be cleaned. The food I got, I can tell issomething frozen. The hotdogs were cold. The cheese on top wasn't warmed at all. I'm very disappointed that I paid money to abusiness that didn't even cook the meal. Simplicity makes anything more attractive. So simplify the menu so your staff can spendtime actually cooking, clean the windows (inside and out) as they look gross, but as far as the ice cream goes for real that'ssome of the best ice cream ice ever had anywhere. Including New York. But please do something with the rest of your menu. I wishyou all the best. Read more
