Stopped on my way through the state during lunch time. It wasn?t that busy, but the manager was really unpleasant, as if I... annoyed her by coming in. I tried being overly nice, but she was just plain rude. I purchased a drink with my meal, and askedbefore I left if I could have an extra cup for ice for the road. She acted like that was an outrageous request and told me Icould take the paper cup, not the plastic one. Lol ok? 2 - Foot long Sandwiches. No drinks or chips. JUST SANDWICHES. $40. It was okay but the prices and the extras such as letttuce,... tomato, pickles, onion etc. Could be much more. Stopped here for lunch on our drive back home from MO. It's convenient as it is directly off the highway. There were 2 young... ladies working, and they provided great customer service. I also saw how hard they were working non-stop. In between customers,they were working in the kitchen. There was a regular customer who came in with special needs and River (worker's name Ibelieve), was very patient and sweet to her. Our sandwiches were all fresh and tasty. Even my friend who normally doesn't likeSubway, said it was a really good sandwich. We got a blt, turkey and ham, and a cali club. They gave us all our special requestswith a smile and made sure our meal was just the way we like it. Read more
Employees were rude. One of them sneezed while rolling up a customers sandwich. Used her hands to cover the sneez. But did not... change gloves. I asked for tomato from the 9ther container as the ones I. The open one were green nasty and slimy. She did...From the other container pick the nastiest greenish centered tomatoes for my sandwich. Either just ignorant or just ignorant all the employees went to the corner where they thought they could not be seen the one... young lady continued in the front she even looked to the back and ask for them to come out and provide assistance, they stilldid not.
