I went thru the drive thru and waited 35 mins in the drive thru once i got my food it was the worst i have ever had at taco bell... i ordered 3 regular taco the shell had no crunch to it it was very hard to chew i would not serve that to my dog i will nevereat there again Read more

In the beginning when I started going to this Taco Bell the employees were great and always accurate on my meals. But recently... it seems every single order that I?ve made there there?s always something wrong with my order or the lady employees are alwaysrude. Went to Taco Bell tonight and we?re so exited to get our food. We looked in our bag when we got home and they had forgotten my... fiancés meal. He went back with the receipt and they had forgotten to ring his meal up all together. The workers working wereall in bad moods and it was over all bad service! They didn?t even ask him if he would like order anything. Btw my food was notthat good and looked like it had been scrapped off the bottom of the barrel! Read more

Employees one that was making our order was very nice. The other one that was back there should have given us our drink cups but... she ignored us. The one making the food gave them to us after she put food on the tray. The bathroom had tp and other stuff onthe floor it needs a deep cleaning and it needs a new faucet. The taco meat was greasy. We only seen 2 people working. Tableshad trash on them and others needed to be wiped off. Read more

We sat in line for 30 minutes and completely missed our lunch break. We really didn't even have time to eat. On top of that it... was made completely wrong. Not just a little bit but a lot. Cheese quesadilla didn't even have cheese on it. I don't like tospeak badly about Boonville restaurants but it's gotten worse over the past 6 months. I would just say drive to Columbia forTaco Bell. I can understand short staff problems but never having you lobby open makes it hard on truck drivers. Every time I try and go to... this location the lobby has been closed for months! I don?t have this problem anywhere else. And there is no way to go thoughthe drive thorough. Read more

Yes, you are short staffed. Everyone is short staffed. Things may take longer and employees are more stressed, but communication... is seriously lacking at this location, unless it?s to complain. I think closing the lobby during this time would be verybeneficial, if you are unable to help people who enter the establishment. People waiting for 20+ minutes. A simple ?we will bewith you in a second? or ?thank you for your patience? would make this a much better experience for the staff and the customers.Fast food jobs absolutely suck, but not communicating with customers?
