I just had the worst experience ever at this restaurant if I could I would have gave it a 0 star it was literally only like 3... 16-17 year old children running the place so when we pulled up to order it took them 10-15 mins to take our order and then whenwe pulled up to get our drinks which we all had ordered sweet tea?s they gave us all unsweetened tea?s and when we confrontedthem the girl literally asked if we wanted some sugar packets and we said no we would like you to fix it and she was like ummcan you guys just get soda or something so we did and all ended up being watered down not only that but I watched one of theother girls in the back take her hair down and put it back up over the ice cream machine, are french fries were cold they didn?tgive us any of the sauce we asked for and my little sister bit into her sandwich and pulled a whole chunk of hair out?.HOW ARETHESE PEOPLE EVEN STILL UP AND RUNNING A PLACE OF BUSINESS WHEN NONE OF THE PEOPLE DEALING WITH FOOD HAD HAIRNETS ON OR GLOVESTHEY HAD NO RESPECT AND OUR WHOLE ORDER WAS OFF!!!!! Just recently visited here for Dinner after the New Renovation. The employee was walking back and forth from the front counter... to the drive thru. Then he comes back to the counter and explained he had to take 3 drive thru orders BEFORE he could takeanother front counter order!!! Needless to say, we left. Huge disappointment. Read more
By far the worst Wendy's fries we have ever had from any location. Extremely overcooked, they made them and then put them back... in the grease to cook again which left them hard and crusty. They also said they are out of salt. None of the food was fresh. Read more
whoever owns this wendy?s really needs to be made aware of the extreme incompetence and lack of customer service training going... on at this location. employees cursing, threatening to quit, multiple orders having to be refunded and severe lack ofprofessionalism. please, train your employees! it was like a free for all in there. I went through the drive threw, and it took about 10-15 minutes for them to get the food out. Also they only had strawberry... frosties, like no hate to anyone who like strawberry but, come on. Do not go here if your in a rush. Read more
Another place that just makes they own orders forget what the screen says. This was supposed to be a jr DOUBLE STACK. Where is... the other beef pattie? Since when does it come with lettuce and tomatoes? Where is the ketchup? I swear they make whatever theyfeel like. Why do I have to dig into the whole burger at the counter just to make sure it's right. I get all the home and findout. I hate that so much. Alot of fast food places do this. Read more
Got the worse case of food poisoning from here. The cook was irritated that he had people come in and shock his head everytime... someone came to the counter. Just the cook and guy at counter was working really slow waited 25 minutes for food. Front counterguy went to help the cook and didn't wear gloves at all while touching people's food.
