Not a typical Dunkin, that's for sure. Shares space with a Subway restaurant. No restroom for customers! Long waits in line... and it ain't crowded! Unhappy employees. Messy floors and countertops. Coffee isn't made correctly (4 days in a row, so Istopped going)(can't do cream and sugar?). Not sure how this location got certified from corporate. Read more
So slow ... I left after 25 min the 2 people there were struggling to make 4 drinks ahead of me ..... and the guy had to stop in... the middle to chug 3 monsters .... think he may need something a we bit stronger to get him going . Read more
No customer restroom. Seemed unclean, & was served by a surly, unpleasant employee. Food was fine, though. Typically Dunkin?... fare. Read more
I waited 25 minutes to be served the workers are so bound down by mobile orders.
Out of food. No signs stating they didn?t have food and waited for 10 minutes in line to be told I couldn?t order. I get it (not... the employees fault) but at least put a sign out that says no food available. Read more

Convenient, friendly staff, and they have oat milk!!!! I can?t tell you how happy that made me. There is no drive-thru. They do... share the lobby with subway, but when my husband and I went it was not crowded and we had no problem parking. Both our coffeeswere made as we asked. The store needed some cleaning and some minor touch ups. The cleaning could be because it was nearing 6pm. Currently there are no public bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. This location was a very surprising embarrassment to the Dunkin? chain ? not up to their standards. Sullen, unhappy employees;... dark, dingy interior. Waiting for my hot coffee to cool a bit, I didn?t notice until I had driven well down the road on my tripthat I had paid for a large coffee, but received the volume of a medium. My ?large? coffee cup was filled only 3/4 of theway. Yes, I realize that it?s only coffee, but you?d still like to get what you?ve actually paid for? Read more
