Simply put, Red Cup was amazing, everything you?d need in one place. The coffee options are great. I had a couple of Dirty... Chai?s and they were really good and consistent. The pastry options were phenomenal, I highly recommend the cinnamon roll withberries. The service was personable and the folks there were super polite. Sandwiches were fresh, local, and portioned well.Definitely making a stop every time I visit Maine. Highly recommended. Read more

Must've went on a bad day based on all the other reviews. Price was astronomical, which would be fine if the food was top notch.... Coffee was no better than a regular gas station. Breakfast sandwich was good, but to pay $12 for a sausage egg and cheese whereyou can't even eat inside is absurd. Save 75% on the exact same food by going to the Vietnamese bakery 3 minutes away. We stayed at a hotel across the street. The Red Cup opens early and there are already people waiting for them to open. We had... an egg and sausage sandwich, blueberry muffin, a cookie that were all outstanding. The coffee is fantastic. The service andfriendliness of the staff is appreciated, they do a great job and I recommend The Red Cup for breakfast or lunch. It is windowservice and take out only but there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy Boothbay Harbor. Read more

I have been coming here for years and this place never disappoints. Coffee is always top notch from brewed to lattes. Breakfast... sandwiches are delicious and the bagels are always a hit with the kids. Prices have definitely gone up, but if that means aplace like this can pay a living wage and stay in business, then I am here for it. Read more

Red Cup is awesome. My wife and I rented a place in Boothbay about a 5-min walk up the street and made our first trip to Red Cup... on our first morning and went every morning after that for the entire week. We loved the option to place an order ahead online, which made the pickup super easy. The drip coffee is phenomenal, as is the egg sandwich on fresh bread and the blueberry muffinand cinnamon roll. To top it off, and maybe most importantly, the staff is very friendly, especially the gentleman with thebeard working the pickup window. Highly recommend a visit (or several) while in Boothbay! Nice strong coffee, along the streets of Boothbay. Highly recommend the cold crew and a nice summer refresher.

The coffee is really good. But, they need to sort out the food menu before the busy season. As a place that sells bagels, a lot... of people want a half dozen, full dozen or more to bring back to their house. And they want cream cheese containers as well. However, the menu and register isn?t setup for this. As a result, myself and others ended up paying $6 per bagel when we ordereda half dozen + bagels and container of cream cheese to go. Yes, prices are going up. But every bagel place I know has a setprice for a half dozen, full dozen or more bagels and a container of cream cheese. To put it into perspective, I paid$3.50-$5.00 for a container of cream cheese at every other bagel shop I?ve visited this trip. Here, it comes out to $15 for acontainer if you buy 6 bagels and $30 for a container if you buy 12. I?m only leaving this review for the benefit of thebusiness. Creating pricing for bulk bagels and cream cheese will help your business this summer. Read more

What a gem! Good coffee, multiple roasts to choose from, plus a wide selection of very good fresh baked goods and sandwiches.... Very nice, friendly staff, and open conveniently early. Window service only currently due to Covid. Read more
