I can't put my finger on it, but the sandwiches and service just aren't the same... I called in an order and I got there 30mins... later because I wanted to grab and go. Ordered a corned beef special and turkey hoagie. AFTER THE YOUNG LADY RUNG ME UP, shetells me their out of corned beef.. I said ok I'll just take the hoagie. At this point it's been an hour since the call in, ANDTHEY NEVER EVEN MADE THE HOAGIE YET!!!! This young curly head guy, who seems to be a Mgr, said he'll put the money back on mycard... I ordered 4 cheesesteaks yesterday 1 reg and 3 chicken all 4 were suppose to have mayo and ketchup 2 of them had neither and one... just ketchup. I asked for hot peppers on the side no hot peppers I had to go back to the store to get them. The young lady atthe cash register just stared no greeting the whole staff young kids! $59 went to waste. Don?s is amazing. They have a huge variety of food to choose from and everything that I have tried so far is delicious! I... actually just ate some meatballs and the sausage and peppers - to die for!!! We also ordered the Thanksgiving meal this year andeverything was perfect , delicious, and easy to make! We may even order some pasta for New Years Eve. Thanks Don?s for not onlyhaving great food but for taking pride in every order that goes out the door. I placed an order for 5 hoagies and gave them my cell phone I was going to pick up. They called me back and because I was not in... the system a new customer and ordered more than 4 items I needed to pay upfront? I never had a sandwich place say I had to payupfront and they had my cell numbers. They lost my business and I was going to be a new regular customer. Read more
