Come to this location if you order a Caramel macchiato and receive a cup of ice, milk and burned coffee (no caramel sight). Also... if you call to bring up your concern so the next person doesn?t have this happen, they?ll just talk over you and tell you thatyou ordered wrong. Rude customer service. I wasn?t even there for myself I was picking up an Uber eats order and the first gentlemen told me to... wait a few minutes. After waiting ten minutes another gentleman told me the order was not even in the system and then proceedsto ask what the order was. He said he would do it but I said no as I was already waiting 10 minutes. Read more
This isn't my closest Dunkin but i choose to go here because of the lady at the window every morning. She has such great... customer service and is always on top of things, with beautiful energy. They are also very patient when i order which is greatbecause im always changing up what i get. Compared to the surrounding DD these guys are THE BEST! Thanks Everyone???????? Read more
Never order from this place!!! #1 couple years ago, sitting in their parking lot ordered on my app. Went in to get the order and... they said I didn?t order for their store. #2 today couple years later bc I would never purchase from here again but my wifewanted to order a hot latte and we were told the machine was broken!!! You are a coffee shop and have broken equipment for apopular drink?? These DOT Heads should sell out and move back to their scum bag county!!! Read more
They got upset at me for trying to order. Then as I was trying to explain that they got my order wrong on the screen they yelled... that it was right and that they would get it right. In the end I did not get the coffee I ordered and it was not good, verywatered down. On top of this when I ordered a strawberry donut, they gave me just a glazed donut. Would not recommend. Read more
Terrible customer service. I approached the register to give my order. The gentleman looked at me, pointed to the kiosk, and... walked away. I informed him that I had a question about paying for a large order of donuts for our youth athletic team. Helooked at me and walked away, turning around talking to coworkers. English was not the issue. I would sooner burn my money thangive it to them. Buyer beware. Read more
