Again this morning I was asked to pull out of the drive thru window line. I recently learned from the staff there that they... have a sensor that indicates how long it takes them to serve guests. If I move I have to wait for them to have the free staffto walk out my order, but they insist even if there is no one waiting behind me. It's one thing to ask me to move because youwant to continue serving other guests particularly if I had a big order or special requests, but it's another thing entirely toask me to move because you don't have one regular breakfast sandwich ready and want to keep your metrics low. If the metric ishow long does it take to serve guests their orders, don't ask me to move before you serve my order and then get insulted when Isay I'll wait until there's someone behind me or I get the order at the window.
