Again this morning I was asked to pull out of the drive thru window line. I recently learned from the staff there that they... have a sensor that indicates how long it takes them to serve guests. If I move I have to wait for them to have the free staffto walk out my order, but they insist even if there is no one waiting behind me. It's one thing to ask me to move because youwant to continue serving other guests particularly if I had a big order or special requests, but it's another thing entirely toask me to move because you don't have one regular breakfast sandwich ready and want to keep your metrics low. If the metric ishow long does it take to serve guests their orders, don't ask me to move before you serve my order and then get insulted when Isay I'll wait until there's someone behind me or I get the order at the window. I ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal with large diet, banana strawberry smoothie and 2 apple pies. Did not get quarter... pounder. I always check but today I did not. What do I do to get reimbursed. BTW. No one answered phone for half an hour Icalled straight! Read more
Fast and friendly service. The gentleman at the drive thru, taking orders was very pleasant and polite. Really made my morning!... My order was correct. My food was hot and the sauces and napkins were in the bag. Overall great experience! Read more
I come to this McDonalds once in a blue, which is not often, but when i do come here I never have a problem with time service... or long lines. I have to admit it does depend on what time you go to any McDonalds b/c their a well known establishment that hasbeen around since I was even born. To say all that is just to say: my time frame is 11:30 to 12 a.m. beat the lunch rush andearly morning when people are waking up to beat the breakfast rush oh, no long lines and no hassle. Read more
I never eat at McDonald's. But this place clean, super nice, very quick and the food looks appetizing. Kudos
Drive thru is super convenient. Starts automated, but then a real person steps in. Perfect for my 6am coffee on commuting days!
