I am sitting in subway right now waiting on an order I placed online and was supposed to be ready at 740. It is 801 and the dark... hair kid that flipped out cussing with a dinning room full of children said it may be 30 more minutes and I would like to berefunded to go elsewhere but they do not know how to give me a refund. The lady working there was AWFUL and super rude. They messed up my order, I asked for a refund, and they said they had to call... the boss to refund me. Then proceed with not giving me my money back NOR THE SANDWICHES. They gave me the number to call in themorning. Basically they can?t do that. A week ago I went, and they ran out of every type of bread other than flatbread andwraps. Awful sandwich place. Read more

How can you run a sandwich shop with no bread. I've run into this issue here before. nearly all breads sold out. Wraps and... flatheads... And the very strange tasting wheat they have now. It's not like what they used to have which was good. So yeah notimpressed. Only ate a few bites of my sandwich. Had goldfish crackers instead.... Read more

I placed an online order today, checked out as a guest and was charged for my order. I waited 15 minutes and go to the store to... pick up my order, and they never received it. They didn?t offer to assist me in any way? Just told me I could wait and see if itcame through, or contact subway.com. I showed them where the store had charged me, and they said there was nothing they coulddo. I didn?t even get a ?sorry for your inconvenience ? no refund, no sandwich, no sorry bout? ya. Food was not good nor was it cooked all the way. The food was also not stocked so they had to run to the back for multiple... things that I had wanted. I was first in line and wasn't out the door for 30 minutes. Employees were not polite and didn't wantto be there which showed after biting into my sandwich. Will never go back, even passing twice every day. Read more
