For starters, a 15 minute wait for a coffee is just not acceptable or realistic in any way or sense. Somerecommendations: Be proactive by providing customers with napkins, condiments and coffee sleeve. React to the line, by parkingcars when the wait is too long, as to expedite simple, single and easy orders. Look at your hiring and training practices. Terrible tim Hortons. I have never waited so long for a coffee at any location on any other base in Canada. I don't know if it's... a staffing issue or a management issue but something need to be done. I was basically ignored for 15 minutes before someone tookmy walk in order and it took another 15 to get my coffee. There was 4 people standing making coffees and not one of the tool thetike to stop and at least take my order while the line kept growing. Read more
