Terrible tim Hortons. I have never waited so long for a coffee at any location on any other base in Canada. I don't know if it's... a staffing issue or a management issue but something need to be done. I was basically ignored for 15 minutes before someone tookmy walk in order and it took another 15 to get my coffee. There was 4 people standing making coffees and not one of the tool thetike to stop and at least take my order while the line kept growing. Read more

Used the app and went thru the drive thru, found out after the Iced Capp came without straws, twice on two different occasions,... have to ask for it each time. Large French Vanillas served not to the brim multiple times, at least an inch of space left,effectively making it a Medium sized drink :( Read more

A location with so much revenue and growth potential. Yet, hindered by a lack of speed of service, initiative and... commonsense. For starters, a 15 minute wait for a coffee is just not acceptable or realistic in any way or sense. Somerecommendations: Be proactive by providing customers with napkins, condiments and coffee sleeve. React to the line, by parkingcars when the wait is too long, as to expedite simple, single and easy orders. Look at your hiring and training practices. Doyou have the right people, doing the right things, at the right time? - Are you scheduling for peak hours? - Are youunderstaffed? - Is there bad practices, attitudes and behaviors currently endorsed? Single worse Tim's I've ever been to. 15min with one register open and 2 employees trying to figure out gift cards and ignoring... the other customers. On weekends I've waited 10min at the drive thru window for just a coffee. They are incompetent on a wholenew level. Read more
