Garbage pizza. People that work here are 10/10. Driver is 2/10. But food is just awful. Never again.

Great place to order dinner for the family when you want to wait an hour for your order to be marked as delivered, and then... another twenty minutes for it to actually be delivered cold. They'll give you a free pizza on your next order but don't expectthat one to arrive on time, either. Read more
Ordered through the app and while the food was delivered relatively quickly, the driver went to my neighbors house and when I... caught him, I saw part of my order was already wrong (wanted a 2 Lt Diet, got regular). When he walked up he started pulling theboxes out sideways and kinda threw them to me. He started to leave without giving me everything and when I got inside, one of mypizzas was wrong. I'm a vegetarian and I got a pepperoni pie. When I called I was told it was an accident and it was probablystill at the store, but would go out asap. When another 40 minutes passed (& I live reasonably close by car), I called again andwas told the pizza was undercooked, needed a few more minutes and would go out in like 20 and was that all I was callingabout... Uh, yeah, that's it. But I'm sorry, what? I just want my correct order. THEN when they did arrive, they deliveredANOTHER pepperoni pie. I called again and they knew as soon as they picked up the phone and was assured another driver now hadthe correct pizza and would be there shortly... & shockingly, the correct pizza never arrived. Hadn't been here before and didn't check the reviews until after I was already in the store... and yeah, it's as bad as it... sounds. Coworkers cussing eachother out, girl making the pizzas had globs of spit dribbling off her lips and falling onto thepizzas she was prepping (I swear, I wish I was kidding), food was falling off of the oven conveyor onto the floor... sheesh. Had a driver write their own tip, called and the person that answered told me that this happens a lot. Shameful that a company... would allow such a thing to happen, no Manger or GM was there for the third day in a row. Will take pictures of the driver andpost so you guys can be aware. Read more
This place is a disgrace I will never order again from the store they won?t answer there phone the pizza is cold and they didn?t... even put the extra cheese also they put pepperoni and must have picked it off or some hotsauce cause it tastes like spices fromthat even tho we didn?t order that.plus they took 2 and a half hours to deliver my food . They should take there franchise nameaway. I will be contacting corporate number and asking for a refund for this trash. Read more
I ordered 3 pizzas and I got the notification saying that my food was delivered and it wasn't. I called and they told me that it... would be another 30 minutes to get my food. I told them I would come pick it up. So the manager had to fix the total and thentold me a higher price then what my total was to begin with. I told home that and he said that I got a specialty pizza and itwas more. I will not be ordering from here again. Read more
