I was using restroom and happened upon a couple employees in the bathroom. At the same time!! I was washing my hands just to... eat with clean hands, I noticed that at least one of these men did not wash his hands and he was just holding his private partsto urinate, and it made me so angry about this, I took my burger..I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, went to mytruck, I refused to eat anything from that facility! The burger was a single anyway I put it out for the animals in my backyard//woods!! Little to no ketchup, and it was dry as a hockey puck anyway. I have not eaten Macdonalds in 6 years, my firstday back in these years and again never going back ever again...EVER..I WILL BE OLD & DEAD... NEVER.. Friendly staff that can deliver at your table. The bathroom was disgusting. The food tastes good but the texture was overcooked,... somehow. The fries didn't taste much either. We feel bad from the food already! Read more
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a burnt piece of chicken with soggy breading from the pickles. I also ordered sweet... and sour sauce for my daughters nuggets and they gave her 3 honey mustard instead so of course she would not eat them. I triedto call the restaurant but no answer. Purposely went, because it was free French fries day. I thought it would be cheaper, so I could treat my grandkids. Your people... knew nothing about it! You can tell this franchise owner is trying to save $. Every single time we've gone to this McDonald's. There's been more then... one item in our order that does not taste fresh. Ordered a couple of meals from them the last time, and ALL the fries for everymeal were stale. You can tell they've been sitting out there for a while. How does that even happen at a McDonald's??? You'dthink the steady stream of customers would keep fries pretty fresh since they have to make them often. Read more
