This McDonald's is highly unprofessional. I ordered two mcdoubles with max sauce Xtra pickles and they gave me one with Mac... sauce. We also ordered two mcdoubles and we got one the right way and the other with nothing but ketchup on it and we can't evencall the store directly to talk to them about it cause it directs us to a basic number that has no connection to this particularstore. As I was wanting a quick breakfast, I decided to pick up my granddaughters. Upon entering, I noticed that the employees were... busy making the store shine. Remember that I haven t been into a McDonalds since before the pandemic, so I'm not on par with thewhole ordering process. The nice manager came up to me and asked if we had been helped. I replied no. She took it upon herselfto see that every need that we may of had was met. She is the primary example of what a manager with the goal of customersatisfaction is. She was making sure that the dining establishment was clean, the food preparation was done correct, and thatthe customers were served with a smile. I recommend this McDonalds to anyone that wants a grade A service. Read more
Dining room is open. Order at the Kiosk and pick up at the counter. Clean dining room.
Even if there able was another McDonald's in the area I'll still stick with one, they're great at their service.
